Draft Land Taipei's first overseas outlet that aims to strips down the bar-going experience to the essentials, serving #CocktailsOnTap with a focus on consistency, craftsmanship, sustainability and quality.
We replace bartenders with engineering and consistency-focused “Draftenders”, offering over 40 draft cocktails on a rotational basis on 24 taps. Delicious and easy-to-devour street food inspired snacks are also available.
Antonio lai Co-founder of Draft Land HK
Antonio Lai is an award-winning international mixologist who pioneered the comprehensive Multisensory Mixology (MM) concept in Hong Kong since 1997.
Antonio started his own bar business in Hong Kong with the opening of Quinary in 2012 (World’s 50 Best Bars 2013-2017), and shortly thereafter he also opened Origin, The Envoy, VEA and ROOM 309. In 2015, he was awarded as Diageo World Class Hong Kong & Macau Champion.
Antonio has been pushing limits of the bartending scene ever since then, and it comes as no surprise that the bar figure joined forces with Taiwanese cocktail maestro Angus Zou in 2018 to open Draft Land’s first overseas venture in the heart of Central, Hong Kong.
